Wheel Skate Strap assembly used to tie down a wheel to a wheel skate.
2 metre long strap,  5 tonne webbing with delta ring one end, rave hook on the other.

The rave hook fits to the chassis of the skate behind the wheel The strap then passes over the top of the wheel, with the delta ring hooking over the eye at the front of the skate.
The strap is adjusted using a cam buckle at the front end, simply pull to tighten.
